We are launching our 3rd funding round, in order to raise USD 5 million, with an appreciation of up to 985% over 7 years. After half a year of work, we have managed to create a 7-year plan for the company, by the end of which we are projected to achieve annual profits in the millions, with a company value of more than USD 600 million.

What is the next step?
In the fourth quarter of this year (2021), our team will be expanding so that we can start developing our app and creating content as soon as possible. In addition, we will come up with a concrete marketing and business strategy for the next 3 years.
The primary focus of the current funding round is development. In the remaining rounds, investment will be geared towardsales and marketing, where we will be focusing on expansion to other countries, so as to reach as many students as possible.
We will redesign our existing educational applicationwww.forclassmates.online from the ground up. An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) version of the application needs to be developed, where content creation features such as a text editor, interactive videos and graphs, multilingualism, etc. will be given top priority to reduce the error rate and thereforethe cost of content.We will also be working on a mobile app, from the beginning, which is essential for our growth. As for content, we will focus on math, chemistry and physics for primary and secondary schools in the Czech language. Over time, ourcontent will be directly translated into English.
